I am working with my job as a high school English teacher on food, clothing, necessary items for those families and students who lost a lot, sometimes everything. I would be so appreciative if you guys could maybe create a Jersey Shore poster or a New Jersey poster or something. We could possibly use the posters for fundraising efforts for local charities/shelters.? I see with your work many famous places, landmarks, businesses, wordplay, nicknames, and so forth. On knowing when to walk away from a job

I’ll play along with songs, learn a little part, then forget that fast. I have a monster record collection, and at any time have new records on the player, circulating through my life. I’ve always got some music playing while I work. I can’t imagine an environment sitting there listening to water coolers gurgle and all that.

As a proud portlander i ventured on to your site where I stumbled upon your homage to your father. I don’t know you, didn’t know your father, but what you’ve posted has to be among the most truthful tellings of the impact a father can have. Thanks for sharing with the world. I came across your video about your logo creation process from a FB friend and enjoyed you and your approach. I see my own style and approach in yours.

I love when you see—even if it’s not all that successful—that someone tried to make it great. You want people to know that you’re versatile. Because I’ll have kids that get nasty and say, ‘Ah, that Draplin, he’s a one-trick pony with his thick lines and shit.’ Well, that’s because that’s all you’re seein’.
