Overall, I am not confident my system works for what I paid $. It is not entirely PHS fault, but the integration of products and the products they choose. If you sell me a system and things are unclear if the system is functioning properly, please make things more intuitive. I have to check my humidity readings to see if anything is working.

PHS was brought in June to check out the A/C. Instead, the technician started by checking the furnaces, painted a picture of imminent danger due to carbon monoxide poisoning. We had just had the furnace checked out a few months ago. The Heat Exchanger / Imminent danger is part of this company's MO.

I'll ask for him again whenever I have a problem. Hector Garcia was very helpful, describing all the features of both my current furnace and looking to the future for my new furnace. He went so far as to offer me 3 programs for a furnace. I am very pleased with Mr Garcia's presentation and his timely explanations.
Start to use furnaces in Sept. - turns out the technician had disconnected one of the furnace's inducer motors - without telling us - preventing the furnace from starting up. I'm sure this was done in the name of “safety” Oh - and the tech wrote up over $6000 worth of repairs on the furnaces and A/C's.Stay away. December update, furnaces running fine.

Updating Account Information
They keep our house clean after installing units. Katrina was wonderful and patient as I worked with tenants to secure a scheduled time. She took the time to answer all of my questions and triple checked details to ensure i have the best day and time that suited my needs. Robert the technician was very thorough and explained any of the things that he saw during the tune-up session and all around it was a great service working with him.
